Our story

Two pairs of hands, sixteen years of baking

After Christopher was retrenched from his career as an engineer, he and his wife Christina started baking. Sixteen years on, the couple, now in their seventies, are still at it: mixing, baking and serving every day from their corner of Old Airport Road Food Centre.

Everything is made by hand, in small batches, the way they've always done it. It's the kind of place regulars come back to for years.
